• Determine dimensions Specify all dimensions in mm
• Clearly indicate whether these are the external dimensions of the board or the printable area inside the frame
• Create the artwork to fit the selected board surface and keep important content at a sufficient distance from the edge. 2
• Define layout For tables, specify the number of fields, columns and rows
• Also state their widths, heights or spacings in mm
• Mark header rows, fixed labels and special fields. 3
• Plan magnetic pockets For magnetic pockets, state the paper format A3, A4 or A5 as well as orientation, quantity and position
• Due to the magnetic strip around the edges, the pocket is larger than the actual paper format
• Therefore, if possible, also indicate the gross dimensions or the pocket product used. 4
• Provide logos, texts and colours Where possible, send logos as a vector file in AI, EPS, PDF or SVG format
• Specify the desired size and position
• Supply all texts complete and spellchecked
