• Specify dimensions State all dimensions in mm
• Clearly indicate whether these are the external dimensions of the board or the printable area inside the frame
• Also specify the desired orientation in portrait or landscape format
• Keep important content at a sufficient distance from the edge. 2
• Define layout For tables, specify the number of fields, columns and rows
• Also indicate their widths, heights or spacings in mm
• Mark header rows, fixed labels and special fields. 3
• Plan magnetic windows For magnetic windows, state the paper format A3, A4 or A5, as well as orientation, quantity and position
• Due to the circumferential magnetic strip, the window is larger than the actual paper format
